This document outlines the legally binding terms between you (the client) and AI GP Protocol. You should not rely on this article as legal advice. Terms & Conditions - the basics

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and AI GP Protocol ("we," "us," or "Service Provider"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms, which govern: Access to and use of AI GP Protocol optimization services Monthly subscription plans and billing procedures. Service level agreements (SLAs) for AI visibility optimization. Data processing, privacy, and intellectual property rights. Termination, refunds, and dispute resolution procedures. AI GP Protocol provides AI visibility optimization as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Our service involves technical implementation, monitoring, and reporting related to your website's visibility in AI-powered search engines and assistants (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI).

What to include in the T&C document
Our Terms & Conditions address the following key areas:
1. Service Description & Scope. Detailed description of AI GP Protocol services (protocol implementation, AI monitoring, reporting). Service limitations and exclusions. Technical requirements for service implementation. Expected timelines for initial results

2. Subscription & Payment Terms. Monthly subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Billing cycles and payment methods. Auto-renewal policies. Price change notification procedures. Refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers)

3. Client Obligations. Providing accurate website information and access credentials. Maintaining compatible website infrastructure. Compliance with AI platform policies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Prohibition of using services for illegal, misleading, or harmful content

4. Intellectual Property Rights. AI GP Protocol retains ownership of proprietary technology, code, and methodologies. Client retains ownership of website content and brand assets. License grant for our technology to optimize client's web presence. Restrictions on reverse engineering or redistributing our tools

5. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance. How we collect, process, and store client website data. Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and international data protection laws. Third-party data sharing policies (minimal, only with AI platforms as necessary). Client rights regarding data access, deletion, and portability

6. Service Level Agreements (SLA). Expected uptime for monitoring dashboard (99.5% monthly). Response times for technical support inquiries. Limitations of liability for AI algorithm changes beyond our control. Force majeure provisions

7. Termination & Cancellation. Client's right to cancel subscription (30-day notice for annual plans, immediate for monthly). Our right to suspend services for terms violations or non-payment. Data retention post-termination (30 days). Refund policies upon early termination

8. Warranties & Disclaimers. AI GP Protocol cannot guarantee specific citation frequency by AI models. We do not control third-party AI algorithms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). Results may vary based on website content quality and industry competition. No warranty that AI platforms will continue current citation practices

9. Limitation of Liability. Maximum liability capped at 3 months of subscription fees. Exclusion of indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Client responsibility for content accuracy and legal compliance

10. Dispute Resolution. Governing law (e.g., laws of Poland or client's jurisdiction). Arbitration clause for disputes exceeding €5,000. Informal resolution procedures before formal action

11. Modifications to Terms. Right to update T&C with 30-day notice to active subscribers. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Notification methods (email, dashboard alerts)

12. Miscellaneous Provisions. Severability clause (invalid provisions don't void entire agreement). No waiver of rights by failing to enforce terms. Assignment restrictions. Entire agreement clause

Important Notes for AI Visibility Services

AI Algorithm Independence:
AI GP Protocol operates within the technical parameters of third-party AI platforms. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes because:

  • AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini) update their algorithms independently

  • Citation frequency depends on multiple factors beyond our control

  • Competitor actions and content quality affect relative visibility

Ethical Use Policy:
Clients agree not to use AI GP Protocol for:

  • Spreading misinformation or manipulating AI responses with false data

  • Violating AI platform terms of service (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)

  • Gaming AI systems in ways that harm end users

  • Illegal activities or promoting harmful content

Performance Metrics Disclaimer:
While we track and report citation metrics, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific number of monthly citations

  • Rankings compared to competitors

  • Conversion rates from AI-referred traffic

  • Immunity from AI model "hallucinations" or errors
